Hemp Bread
Makes 1 small loaf 

INGREDIENTS
50g Hemp Flour
150g Almond flour
40g Linseed (freshly ground)
10g Chia seeds (freshly ground)
10g psyllium
2tsp Baking powder
50g Hemp seed hearts
60g Coconut oil (melted)
3 Eggs
75mls Water (tepid) or 'milk'
1/2 tsp salt

Oven @ 180 C
Line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
In a large bowl sift the Hemp flour, Almond flour, baking powder and salt. Add in the ground Linseed, chia seed, psyllium and Hemp seeds and stir together well.
In a small pot melt the coconut oil and add your water so they are warm but not hot.
In a large bowl whisk the eggs then slowly whisk in the tepid water and melted coconut oil. 
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together with a spatula. 
scoop into your pre-lined loaf tin and smooth off the top. 
Bake for approximately 35minutes @ 180 C. 
Allow to cool completely before removing from the tin, this will insure a nice moist loaf.
