I farm 32 acres in rural Canterbury with a 300 square meter tunnel food forrest. When I moved onto the property 2017, the only thing edible was one black boy peach tree. Now I've defied the odds and have productive avocado trees, pineapples and bananas as well as a huge collection of tomatoes (over 250 varieties!).
