Cacao Crunch

INGREDIENTS
100g Cacao
150g Coconut Oil
150g Honey (50g extra for kids)
1tsp Vanilla essence
100g Nut butter (Peanut, cashew or Almond)
50g Sultana’s
50g Chocolate drops (optional but worth it!)
100g Puffs (Rice, Amaranth, Quinoa or Wheat if your not GF)
Picture
In a pot melt your Coconut oil, do not get it hot, just nice and warm so it’s not too hot to touch. Add your honey to your coconut oil to lightly heat the honey and make it nice and runny.

In a Large bowl add your nut butter, vanilla and your honey/oil mixture and whisk together. Add your sifted Cacao and whisk until smooth.

Add all of your Puff’s, Sultana’s, Chocolate drops and any extra’s you like and stir it all up until it’s nicely combined.

On a piece of baking paper (on a tray or board) pour out your mix and press it together and smooth it out until you have your desired shape. I like to make mine about 2cm thick but it’s up to you how you like it!

Place it in the freezer for 30minutes or so.. Or the fridge for an hour, then cut to your desired size. :)
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Enjoy!
